Do I need to be home to accept the package?
If the postal Carrier or Driver attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package such as a porch, garage, behind a planter, or security desk. Otherwise, they may leave a delivery notice card with instructions for pick up at your local post office.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the shipping destination. After adding an item(s) to the shopping cart a “shipping and tax calculator” will appear. Simply enter the province and postal code of the shipping destination to the calculator to estimate shipping and taxes. Shipping for orders over $120 is free.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders of $120 or more are shipped free of charge.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, ON.
Can I pick up my order in-person?
No. Our warehouse is not set up for in-person pickups, returns, or exchanges.
When will I receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day. However, the time in transit varies by destination. For the most accurate estimate, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

How do I determine the model number of my barbecue?
Every gas grill sold in North America has a manufacturer’s rating plate that includes the product model and serial number. The rating plate is usually screwed or stamped on to the unit and is typically located on the back or side of the bbq cart, or on the inside of the cart door - see image here. You can also refer to the owner’s manual, where you will typically find this information on the front cover.

Do you sell conversion kits?
We do not sell conversion kits or provide advice on converting your grill from one fuel source to another. For all questions pertaining to converting your grill from propane to natural gas or vice versa please contact the manufacturer of your gas grill.
What is a "Special Order Item"?
Special order items are parts that we do not normally stock, but which we are more than happy to order on your behalf. Many special order items are older, hard-to-find parts, and as such can take up to two to three weeks to procure. Any special order parts are shipped from our warehouse immediately upon receipt from our supplier. As with all other orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are redeemed at the start of the ordering process before your payment information has been entered. Simply enter your discount code in the discount section of the shopping cart. Next, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. The discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary.

What is the warranty on parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defect for a period of 365 days from the date of shipment. If a part fails during this period we will replace the part at no cost to you. Defective parts claims must be made within 365 days of the original shipment date.
